Several categories of rooms are available.

They range between 96 and 240 ft ². Rates range from $1500 up to $2200 a month.

The following is a list of available rooms.

- Basement room, 120 ft ² with private washbasin and toilet : $1500 a month
- First floor room, 96 ft ² with complete private bath : $1900 a month
- Upstairs room, 120 ft ² with private toilet and washbasin : $1850 a month
- Double room, 168 ft ² with private washbasin and toilet : $2200 a month.
   
    The rates are subject to modification. A couple may rent 2 adjacent rooms at a preferred rate.

    The rates cover the price of the room and services.
For leases of 12 months or more the basic rate also covers new painting of the room.

    The rate for a short stay is 75$ a day.

    Residents are eligible for a tax credit of up to 30 %.  ( Information here. )
